Public Art Omaha - New site now available!
In 2009, a partnership formed between the Public Art Commission and Omaha By Design to develop Public Art Omaha, a website dedicated to all public art in Omaha.
With the help of a generous donation from the Omaha Community Foundation and the technical assistance of UNO students at the Peter Kiewit Institute, the project team began the process of collecting information about Omaha’s public art.
The new site is currently in development and will feature photos and information about art that is on public property and viewable from public spaces. It will also enable residents and artists to submit information about their works to be included in the site. The new site will be a one-stop shop for every Public Art in our community.
You can submit information about your favorite piece of public art using this form. You may return it This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or by mail to: Omaha Public Art Commission, 1819 Farnam Street, Suite 300, Omaha, NE 68183.
