Architect unknown
Designated Omaha Landmark: November 18, 1980

The Neble house is one of a very few examples of the French Second Empire style remaining in Omaha today. The most characteristic element of the style, which reached its zenith in the United States between 1860 and 1890, is the mansard roof.
