If you were enrolled in the City's self insured dental  administered by Guardian during 2003 as of the first of this year those claims need to be handled by BlueCross BlueShield of Nebraska (BCBS).

All claims incurred from Jan 1, 2004 to Dec 31, 2006 will be also be processed by BCBS.
